About the Role

Sales is the most critical function at BharatPe. Sales accounts for 90% of BharatPe’s workforce (600+) and the team is renowned for the most efficient acquisition of merchant accounts across internet and conventional businesses. As KAM, you will be leading BharatPe’s penetration into organized offline retailers within your category and geography. You will be responsible for on-boarding multi outlet chains and retailers on the BharatPe QR solution and managing your accounts actively to drive transactions. BharatPe QR is one of the easiest and intuitive product propositions and is FREE. As KAM your challenge will be to onboard in a month what you would do in a year otherwise.

What You’ll Do

Identify the categories of offline merchants and micro - markets to focus on Onboard multiple accounts from different categories: Retail, pharma, healthcare, fashion and jewellery, automobile, hotels, food and beverages (regional chains, standalone, corporate cafeterias, college canteens, QSR chains), spas and salons.

Manage entire process of on-boarding to deployment initially Account management, merchant servicing and driving month on month transaction and GMV growth Revisit the top transacting merchants on monthly basis and pass product and market feedback to the product team.

What You’ll Need

4+ years of organized retail sales experience
Passion for sales and building a business from scratch
Drive and focus of a self-starter and great communicator
Patience for follow-through and respect for the sales rhythm
Great work ethic and love for responsibility of being individually empowered.

Experienced KAM in an internet or payments business in the respective cities. You are a direct fit if who’ve done this before at PayTM, PhonePe, Mobikwik, Google, Zomato, Swiggy, Dine Out, Tiny Owl, Pine Labs, Ezetap, mSwipe, Mosambee, Ticket, Sodexo, QwikCilver.
